For someone that had never been around a garden, much less a greenhouse, getting one for our backyard was scary. My husband compromised with me and we bought a small Blackline greenhouse to just try a little gardening and make sure that this was really something we wanted to do. I have been pleasantly surprised at how much I have enjoyed learning how to do greenhouse gardening! It is exciting to play in the dirt and plant things and watch them grow into wonderful vegetables and fruit that you eat. It has really given me a better understanding of where my food comes from.

You don’t have to look long to find fun backyard greenhouses these days. However, I would caution anyone looking into purchasing a green house because it does take commitment to learn this type of gardening. You have to be prepared to fail a few times as you figure it out. Personally, I am so glad we did it but I have to admit that I do wish now we had bought a larger one. I guess that’s just the way it goes sometimes.
